We provide a selection of high-quality props suitable for all events. Guests can also bring their own, and themed or branded props are available for corporate events. Photo templates can be personalised to match your event theme or company branding.

Event Duration & Pricing
Booth hire is available on an hourly or package basis, tailored to suit your event size and requirements. Upon sending the invoice for your chosen package, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the event.

Pricing depends on several factors, including how long you’d like the booth for, the package you select, and any extra add-ons or custom options. To provide an accurate quote, simply share your event details with us, and we’ll tailor a price specifically for your event.

Travel & Additional Charges
Events held outside the Greater London area may incur a travel fee. To provide an accurate cost, please share your event location details so we can supply a personalised quote.

Power & Venue Requirements
The booth requires an 8′ x 8′ (approx. 2.4m x 2.4m) area and a standard UK power socket (3-pin). It is suitable for indoor and covered outdoor events. Multiple booths can be arranged for large events, with attendants managing guest flow to ensure smooth operation.

​

Capacity & Unlimited Photos
The booth comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests at a time, with unlimited photo sessions throughout the hire period. Optional add-ons are available, including instant printouts, themed props, custom backdrops, and more to enhance your photo booth experience.

​

Colour or Black & White Photos
Both options are available! Black & white offers a timeless, elegant feel, while colour captures the vibrancy and energy of your event.

​

No Watermarks
All photos are yours no logos or branding are added.

​

Insurance & Liability
Halo Hub carries insurance for the photo booth service; however, clients are responsible for any damage to the equipment or property caused by themselves or their guests during the event.

Changing or Cancelling Your Booking
We understand that plans can change. If you need to move your booking to a different date, we’ll help you secure the next available slot. For cancellations, please contact us to discuss your options and any applicable fees.

To book your Halo Hub photo booth, please provide details such as the event date and time, venue, type of hire (private or corporate), expected guest numbers, and any preferred add-ons or themed extras. This ensures we can create a package tailored specifically to your event.

Urgent or Short-Notice Bookings
We recommend reserving your Halo Hub photo booth at least two weeks in advance to ensure a seamless experience. For last-minute events, we may still be able to accommodate bookings made within 48 hours, depending on availability.
