Halo Hub – Service Agreement Our Commitment to Your Event
We promise to deliver a smooth, professional photo booth experience tailored to your event.
We will follow all reasonable instructions and work closely with you to make sure everything runs as planned.
Looking After Our Equipment
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or repair costs caused by you or your guests during the hire period.
If equipment damage affects our workload or future bookings, those losses must also be covered.
Booking Fees & Payment Terms

An invoice is issued once the booking is confirmed.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If your event is more than 4 weeks away, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event.

If your event is within 4 weeks of booking, full payment is required upfront.

All invoices must be paid within 14 days.

Payments are made in GBP to the bank details provided.

Credit card payments may include an additional processing charge.

Use of Images

All photos taken by our booths remain the property of Halo Hub.

Images may be used across our marketing platforms unless you tell us otherwise.

You can opt out by notifying us in writing or through your design questionnaire.

If your package includes prints, you agree that all photos taken will be printed. If you'd like a separate set of prints kept aside,

please let us know at the start of your event.
Changes, Postponements & Cancellations
If you need to cancel, notice must be sent via email:

12–6 months before: 50% of the booking fee is due

6–3 months before: 75% of the booking fee is due

Within 3 months: 100% of the booking fee is due
If your event is affected by government restrictions (e.g. COVID-19), any payments you’ve made can be moved to a new date at no extra cost, as long as we’re available.
If your venue changes, extra charges may apply depending on travel or location requirements.
If we’re unable to attend due to issues outside our control — such as severe weather, illness, travel disruption, or equipment failure — we will provide a full refund of the booking fee.
Legal Notes
This agreement follows the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts within this jurisdiction.
